About Us   -   Overview

Arapahoe Lakes is a community of 208 single family homes and 13 townhomes located east of I-25, bordering E. Orchard Rd, S. Dayton Ave, E. Caley, and S. Havana St. in un-incorporated Arapahoe County. The area includes an adjoining Cherry Creek District public elementary school (High Plains), a 3 acre Lake, 4 tennis courts, a swimming pool, a playground, and greenbelt walkways.

The Arapahoe Lake Homeowners Association (HOA) was setup to provide for maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the Residences and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its residents.

The HOA Board typically meets at 7pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month at High Plains Elementary School. The agenda includes review of the association financials, landscape maintenance, community improvement, and safety issues. The residents of the community are welcome to attend.

The present board members are: Steve Eckstein (president), Rick Nirk (vice-president), Walter Freedman (Secretary), Sandy Kahn (Treasurer), and Mike Nowak.     Email All Board Members
