The Arapahoe Lake Homeowners Association board meetings are the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7pm and are open to the public. During the school year, the meetings are held at High Plains Elementary School, in the library. During the summer the meetings are usually held at the Castlewood Public Library, depending on availability.
The board is comprised of a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and an at-large member. Each member serves a two-year term.

The minutes of a particular board meeting will be published here a few days after the board meeting of the following month. This is because the minutes do not become official until the board votes to approve them, and this doesn't normally happen until the board convenes for the next month's meeting.
