Rules for Use:

Colorado winters are unpredictable. Because ice can be safe one day and dangerous the next, no one should attempt to walk across or skate on the ice when it forms on the lake.

The HOA stocks the Lake with fish for the enjoyment of its residents and guests. Your cooperation in observing and explaining the following rules to your children will be appreciated:

1.

Only barbless hooks may be used.

2.

Fishing is catch and release only, meaning you must take the hook out and return all fish to the water immediately after catching them.

3.

Exceptions to the catch and release rule: Children 12 and under may keep two fish per day. Any Bass caught and kept must exceed 15 inches in length. Sunfish and Bluegills must exceed 6 inches in length to be kept.

4.

All Carp are for weed and algae control and must be returned to the water immediately.

5.

Children 12 and under may use live bait. All other fishing must be with artificial lures, flys, and baits.

6.

Fish from the dock areas only.

7.

Please be courteous. Don't snag passing pedestrians or boaters. Avoid trampling over lawns, ducks, and small children, and stay clear of paths, walkways, and front lawns.
