Snow Removal

The Arapahoe Lake Association Board of Directors would like to remind everyone of the importance of snow removal from walkways adjacent to your property due to potential liability, safety concerns, and to allow access for school children and other pedestrians.

Arapahoe County also encourages property owners to shovel the walks within 24 hours after cessation of a storm as a courtesy to fellow neighbors and for the safety of all residents.

Please note those who are willing to provide snow shoveling services are listed in the neighborhood directory or posted on the arapahoelake.org website. If you wish to add your name to provide services or are in need of assistance, please contact Chris or Rachel with Westwind at 303-369-1800 ext. 112.
