Townhomes Committee

The present members of the townhome Committee are Steve Eckstein, John Lee, and Elaine Dillon. The board wishes to thank Deborah Reynolds for her past involvement with this committee.

The roofing project for the townhomes was substantially completed in January 05.

An A-Lake homeowner asked the Board to look into townhome exterior lighting. Although the A-Lake documents require residence post lights, the developer never installed them for the townhomes. The Board is looking into types of exterior lighting appropriate to the architecture and design of the townhomes.

This last summer - All of the townhomes along E. Maplewood Ave received new concrete driveways.
